When it comes to sending emails, there are two primary approaches: Custom Emails and Template Emails. 

  1. Define parameters in the start node for use in the subsequent steps of the workflow.
  2. Click the + icon in the process editor.
  3. Select the Email sender node.
  4. Choose the desired option, whether it's Custom email or Email using a template.
  5. Select the send connection.
  6. Add recipients to the email.
  7. Compose the subject and message for the email.
  8. Set the priority of the email.
  9. Include attachments if necessary.
  10. Map the parameters in the email template to the specific parameters you defined in the start node.
  11. Click the Save button and execute the process workflow.
