Reclassification of PDFs
Reclassification of PDFs allow you to organize and categorize PDF documents, especially when dealing with large volumes of diverse documents.
Merge
- The merge allow you to combine multiple pages into a single document model.
- If certain pages belong to the same category, they can merge them together for a more comprehensive document classification.
- Merging eliminates redundant classifications, reduces clutter, and facilitates a more logical and organized document structure.
Split
- The split feature enables you to separate pages from a document type and classify them into different document models.
- When users realize that certain document pages should be classified under a different type, they can use the split feature to create new document models.
- On the Document Training screen, locate the left panel where all the pages of the uploaded document are displayed.
- Click the specific page or that you want to split or merge.
- For Splitting the Document:
- Identify the document model where you want the selected pages to be classified into. This can be done by referring to the list of available document models.
- In case the desired document model is not present in the list, create a new one by selecting the option to add a New Document Type.
- For merging the document, choose whether you want the selected pages to be merged with the previous file or the next file in the document's sequence.
- Correct the extracted fields, if required.
- Click the Re-Classify button.
Data Cleansing Rule
With the data cleansing rule, you have the ability to extract specific data from fields within the document and apply conditions to transform this extracted information.
- Click on the Advanced button available at the training pop-up for each field.
- In the Rule section, add rules. The expression editor opens when you press the tab button on the keyboard.
- Add the required expression and click the save icon.
