Pages

In the context of your application, a page represents a specific section or screen within the user interface. You can split your application into multiple pages, and each page contributes to the overall design and functionality of your application.

  • You can add more pages using the "+" symbol in the macro toolbar.

Our platform uses a flexible and responsive method of arranging elements within a webpage. It allows you to create dynamic and adaptable designs that automatically adjust based on available space and screen size.

Rows and Columns

By default, a page contains a row and column inside it. A row represents a horizontal section, and a column represents a vertical section within that row. You can add UI elements to the rows or columns to structure your page's content. Rows help organize elements horizontally, while columns help structure elements vertically.

Elements

Elements refer to the user interface components that you can add to your page's rows or columns. Examples of elements include buttons, text boxes, images, and other interactive or informative components.

  • Click the + icon to add new elements, which opens a component browser where you can select the desired UI element, container, or chart.

Micro Toolbar

The micro toolbar is a small set of options that are specific to the selected row, column, or element. You can accesss it from the top right corner of the selected item and provides quick access to relevant actions and settings.

The micro toolbar for every row, column, and element provides options to add, delete, duplicate, modify, change settings, and offers additional functionalities that vary depending on the specific element.

Navigation Bar

The navigation bar, also known as the menu bar, allows users to navigate between different pages or sections of your application. You can use the Menu Editor in the left sidebar to edit and customize the navigation bar, adding or modifying the links or menu items as needed.

Macro Toolbar

The macro toolbar provides various options and functionalities for managing and customizing the user interface. It allows you to add more pages, delete pages, change the composition of pages (such as adding rows or columns), set properties for the pages, add behaviors to elements, and change templates or layouts.

Other Options

At the bottom right corner of the UI Editor, you will find additional options. These options allow you to navigate to other pages within the UI Editor, helping you switch between different pages for editing or customization. Additionally, you can use the Go Live option to preview your user interface, allowing you to see how it looks and functions in a live environment.
